Privacy Statement

Below are some guidelines for our Online Journal:

1. Names and email addresses entered on the journal site will only be used for the stated purposes and will not be misused for other purposes or shared with third parties.
2. Scientific articles submitted must adhere to the available journal template; those that do not will be rejected/returned.
3. The scientific article file should be in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word document format.
4. The writing of scientific articles must comply with the requirements and language style outlined in the Author's Guidelines.
5. When submitting a scientific article, authors must also send a filled and signed publication ethics statement and adhere to its rules. The publication ethics statement can be downloaded here.
6. When submitting a scientific article, authors must also send a filled and signed copyright agreement and comply with its rules.
7. When submitting a scientific article, authors are also required to provide a plagiarism check result using Turnitin. Scientific articles will only be accepted if the plagiarism check is less than 25%.
8. Authors are advised to submit only one article for a single title. If multiple articles are submitted for the same title, only the latest article will be reviewed; previous articles are considered invalid and will be deleted.
9. Articles will be reviewed within a maximum of 2 (two) working weeks after the upload date. Review results will be conveyed via the author's email. If, after 3 (three) working weeks, the author does not receive an email with the review results, a follow-up on the article review process can be initiated
