The problems faced are archival documents which are susceptible to damage, being scattered or lost, as well as the time required to archive which takes approximately four days because there are seventeen document categories and data archiving is carried out using print or paper media. The output of this research is a web-based document archiving system created using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. TCK is a component that integrates understanding of concepts, principles and theories in certain fields of science, with an understanding of technology so that it can produce fun technology-based learning models or media. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the ability of prospective teachers in designing appropriate and fun physics learning media. This research is an observational descriptive research with a case study approach.&nbsp; The instruments used in this study were written test questions and observation sheets containing nine TCK indicators. &nbsp;Respondents were asked to work on written test questions on energy material, then respondents were asked to design learning media for the topics studied. The results showed that all respondents (100%) had a good understanding and ability to utilize technology. In contrast, only some respondents (56%) were considered to have a good understanding and ability in the concept of energy. For the TCK integration component, most (74%) received a good assessment from the observer. Especially in marketing, technologies such as social robots and chatbots are often used to provide information about companies, products, and services to users. These chatbots are built using the Successive Approximation Model (SAM) with PHP and JavaScript programming languages, and use PhpMyAdmin as a means of database management. This research aims to determine user responses and the influence of variables on compatibility, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention, and actual use of the VA XYZ chatbot using the TAM approach. This study uses an experimental method with 180 respondents. PT Bukit Asam is a coal mining company. PT Bukit Asam Tbk. generates various wastes, both solid and liquid, during the coal mining process and office operations. This waste includes hazardous and toxic waste (B3) and non-B3 waste. A waste data management reporting application system is needed to support proper and accurate B3 waste management policies. B3 waste data reporting still uses Microsoft Excel, where the data input process can cause redundancy and data loss, therefore a computerized system that can store and process waste data is needed by applying the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in system development which starts with the stages of requirement planning, system design, and implementation while this application is built using the AngularJS framework which is web-based. This development method was chosen because it has benefits that can produce a fast and high-quality system. Although some dental clinics, such as Praktik Bersama Sawojajar Malang, still rely on manual approaches to patient administration and record-keeping, efforts are needed to enhance service quality. Therefore, this research aims to develop a web-based information system to streamline medical administration processes. This study employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The result is an information system encompassing patient registration, appointment scheduling, medical record keeping, payment processing, and clinic revenue calculation. This system has been successfully tested using Black Box Testing, with a 100% success rate from 50 conducted tests. Learning, which requires a lot of internet connection for practicums, accessing material and taking tests, is hampered due to the lack of internet network access in that room. One service that can help students access the internet is by providing a Wi-Fi hotspot network. This service can help students access the internet smoothly and make teaching and learning activities run more effectively. The method used in this research is research and development where researchers conduct research and develop network services needed by students within the scope of the lab. This research discusses the design of a website-based E-canteen application using the Laravel framework with a case study at the Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) FTI Canteen. The preservation of Indonesian culture, especially regional musical instruments, can be done during learning in elementary schools. In line with this, teachers need to keep up with the times in the learning process. This study aims to develop learning media based on the artsteps application and test its feasibility and effectiveness. This research uses the Research and Development (R&amp;D) method with the Borg and Gall model using 8 stages including: (1) potential and problems; (2) data collection; (3) product design; (4) design validation; (5) design revision; (6) initial trial (small scale); (7) product revision; (8) trial usage (large scale). Primary and secondary data were collected through surveys and interviews with potential and existing customers, which were then analyzed using game theory to determine optimal strategies for Biznet and Indihome. The results reveal that Biznet excels in internet speed, while Indihome has a price advantage. The optimal strategy for Biznet is a slight price increase with maintained high speed, while Indihome should slightly reduce prices and offer decent speed packages. By following these strategies, both companies can achieve equal profits. Deviating from these strategies may result in lower profits for either Biznet or Indihome. The attendance methods used are quite varied, ranging from manual attendance, fingerprints, etc. This method still has shortcomings such as manual recording. This research aims to design a website-based Global Positioning System (GPS) presence system at the Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning (P3I). The design was carried out using a supporting tool, namely Entity Relationship (ERD). The research method used by the author is the waterfall method which develops systematically from one stage to another like a waterfall. The evaluation was carried out from the user side, namely Satya Wacana Christian University (SWCU) students, by assessing six variables: performance, information and data, economics, control, security, efficiency, and service. The PIECES framework has effectively identified problems, opportunities, and future system development directions. Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. Respondents to this study were SWCU students, with 202 respondents. Data was measured using a Likert scale. The evaluation results found that students felt delighted using SIASAT when assessed from the performance, efficiency, and service variables. While from the information and data variables, as well as economics, students feel satisfied. The lowest score is on the control and security variables; students are in the neutral category when assessing this variable. Slow handling when a server down occurs is why students give the lowest score, so SIASAT managers need to improve from the control and security side. Overall, the average score of SIASAT user satisfaction is 3.93. Canva is an application that can be used in designing learning media in the form of videos. How to use Canva Design is quite easy with many choices of design variations. This application provides a variety of design templates to use, ranging from free (free) to paid (pro). Canva can help users create and design a variety of creative designs, from designing brochures, advertisements, presentations, videos to infographics. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the Canva application as a creative, innovative and collaborative learning video medium. The research method used is literature review. The method for searching for article data sources is carried out through the Google Scholar database resources (2020-2022) by taking relevant articles published in Indonesian. Key terms and phrases related to the Canva app, media, and learning videos were used in related subject searches. The results of the study show that the Canva application is effectively utilized as a medium for making creative, innovative and collaborative learning videos, so that it can assist educators in delivering material and make it easier for students to understand learning material. Clustering techniques can be used as an employee assessment to be more objective, consistent, and based on measurable data. This study aims to apply the K-Means Clustering method, as well as use the K-means algorithm to make it easier to perform calculations, after which the researcher performs processing using RapidMiner to obtain results on the performance quality assessment of Naruna Cafe and Resto employees. This study uses quantitative research methods and collects data based on the quality of employee performance as an object of research. This study produced clusters with very satisfactory work quality of as much as 1 data, clusters with satisfactory work quality of as many as 3 data, clusters with quite satisfactory work quality of as much as 4 data, clusters with unsatisfactory work quality of as much as 1 data, and clusters with unsatisfactory work quality as much as 5 data. When someone plays the piano without any instruction from a teacher or someone who is an expert in playing the piano, they tend to use the wrong technique and posture in playing the instrument. Augmented Reality (AR) technology has been widely used to facilitate the learning of new skills. In this study, it proposes a comparative analysis of applications that have applied Augmented Reality technology using testing scenarios and using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. In this study, data collection was carried out by comparing the Perfect Piano application and the Skoove: Learn Piano application using questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed offline with a target of 10 respondents then divided into 2 groups based on the application to be studied. The results of this study show that the Perfect Piano application has a value of 5.43 which is higher than the Skoove: Learn Piano application. This shows that the Perfect Piano application is easier for someone to use to learn the piano. Smart Home Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (SH-UPI) is a commercial smart home platform, a new player in this technology business. UPI Academics developed the SH-UPI platform; they successfully commercialized a smart LED Bulb (RGB lamp). The product is managed by a particular Android application, i.e., SH-UPI Apps; it can be downloaded on the Play Store or the official website. However, based on information from the developer, this application has yet to consider good UI/UX aspects during production. Therefore, it is highly necessary to redesign the SH-UPI application to give users a more comfortable (user-friendly) and is competitive against other competitors. The SH-UPI Apps was redesigned using the Design Thinking framework. This method comprises five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. This preliminary study focuses on the Empathize, Define, Ideate, and Prototype stages. The results reveal that the Emphatize stage has been carried out well, which concludes that the application needs to be redesigned to improve the user experience’s quality. A mock-up for the new SH-UPI Apps version has been introduced in the Define to Ideate stages. The results of this study can be used as a reference for developing SH-UPI Apps with much better UI/UX. CRM-based business process design is able to create and maintain good relationships and communication between customers and business people and create customer loyalty. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive type of thinking framework so that it is able to describe the design of business processes in Cafe xy using the UML framework and mobile-based display design using figma. So this research produces a business process model based and mobile CRM display that is needed in answering problem identification. The result of the research is the design of business process models: business CRM, data flow diagrams, class diagrams, use case diagrams and mobile-based display design. Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana has made changes by creating a website called SIASAT (Sistem Informasi Akademik Satya Wacana). SIASAT can be accessed by all UKSW communities, features include Student Registration, Course Registration, Study Card, Study Results, lecture schedules, transcripts, student activity, and book borrowing. Previous researchers said SIASAT was still lacking in standardization, so testing was carried out using ISO 9126 with functional and non-functional approaches, containing the characteristics of Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency, and Portability. The data collection process using Google Forms throughout 132 IT students and interviews with 2019 IT students. The Functional test result scored 80.8%, classified as “good”. Reliability testing can be declared reliable, with a value of 0.874, so exceeds the provision of 0.7. Validity testing results in a table of 0.171 "valid". Non-Functional Results on the Susceptibility Test obtained a “C” score of "medium risk". The Load Testing test got loading time results reaching 3 seconds and 158 MB of memory used "Enough". Stress test results and scalability "Less". The results of the efficiency test obtained a D score of "Less". The Compatibility Test results were very good because SIASAT can be accessed on different browsers. The results of the research value (P-Value 0.000) mean that there is a difference in the knowledge of PKK women participating in JKN-KIS about the JKN program in Tirtomoyo Village before and after being given the educational video.
