Abstract

Abstract - This study was conducted to provide solutions to the demands of providing access to education and learning as an alternative to distance learning communication for students in the West Java region. Based on the demands to provide and improve education and distance learning services, a mobile learning website system was created which was named "Mobile Learning". Through these products, an analysis is carried out on a number of uses of "Mobile Learning" to obtain data information related to improving the accessibility of education and learning services. The method used in producing and analyzing the "Mobile Learning" website system is Research and Development with the target area of research covering Nagrak Village and especially in Cikamuning Village. The material contained in the "Mobile Learning" website is aimed at users for students including elementary, junior high, high school, and university levels. Keyword: accessibility, mobile learning, education services. Abstrak - Kajian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap tuntutan penyediaan akses pendidikan dan pembelajaran sebagai salah satu alternatif komunikasi pembelajaran jarak jauh bagi para peserta didik di wilayah Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan tuntutan untuk memberikan dan meningkatkan layanan pendidikan dan pembelajaran jarak jauh, maka dibuatlah sistem website mobile learning yang diberi nama “Mobile Learning”. Melalui produk-produk tersebut, dilakukan analisis terhadap sejumlah pemanfaatan “Mobile Learning” untuk memperoleh informasi data terkait peningkatan aksesibilitas layanan pendidikan dan pembelajaran.Metode yang digunakan dalam memroduksi dan menganalisis sistem website “Mobile Learning” ini adalah Research and Development dengan sasaran wilayah penelitian mencakup Desa Nagrak dan khususnya di Kampung Cikamuning. Materi yang terdapat dalam website “Mobile Learning” ini di antaranya tujukan bagi para pengguna untuk para pelajar diantaranya jenjang SD, SMP, SMA, dan Perguruan Tinggi. Kata kunci : aksesibilitas, mobile learning, layanan pendidikan.
