Program studi pendidikan guru sekolah dasar, Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Citra Bangsa Kupang. Dibimbing oleh Femberianus S. Tanggur, S.Pd.,M.Pd danVera Rosalina Bulu, S.Pd., M.Pd. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam mengelola kelas inklusif anak berkebutuhan khusus di SDK Sta. Maria Assumpta Kota Kupang.Fokus penelitian adalah. peran guru dalammengelolakelasinklusifanakberkebutuhankhusus di SDK Sta. Maria Assumpta Kota Kupang,Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deduktif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deduktif kualitatif model interaktif dari Miles&Hubberman dengan langkah-langkah: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan (verifikasi). Hasil penelitian yang telah dibahas pada bab 4 maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa, temuan data hasil penelitian pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru dalam memberikan layanan pendidikan pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus dalam hal modifikasi waktu pembelajaran seperti: guru melakukan pengulangan materi pelajaran, Memberikan tugas yang sederhana untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus, Penambahan jam pelajaran untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus, Melakukan variasi dalam mengajar dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran pada saat mengajar dikelas, Pemberian bimbingan membaca kepada anak berkebutuhan khusus yang susah berkomunikasi. Namun semuanya tidak dilakukan secara sempurna oleh guru karena guru cenderung menerapkan metode konvesional dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Sehingga peran guru dalam mengelola kelas inklusif anak berkebutuhan khusus di Sdk Sta. Maria Assumpta belum terlaksana secara maksimal.

Maria AssumptaKupang. The focus of research is. the teacher's role in managing the inclusive class of children with special needs at Catholic Elementery School Sta. Maria AssumptaKupang, The approach to this research is my authoritative approachwith deductive type. Analyze data using qualitative deductive analyses of interactive models of Miles &Hubberman with steps: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions (verification). H of the research that has been discussed in Chapter 4 then it can be concluded that the findings of the data on the implementation of the study of teacher learning in providing educational services to students with special needs in terms of learning time modification such as: teacher Repetition do penguLangan lesson material, giving a simple task for children with special needs, additional hours of study for children With special needs, doing variations in teaching by using the Learning media while teaching class, giving guidance on reading to children with disabilities who are difficult to communicate. But everything is not done perfectly by teachers because teachers tend to apply a contemporary method of teaching and learning activities. So that the teacher's role in managing the inclusive class of children with special needs in SDK Sta. Maria Assumpta has not been carried out to the fullest.
