PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MIND MAPPING TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN ILMU PENGETAHUAN SOSIAL PADA KELAS V DI SD NEGERI OETONA KUPANG

ABSTRAK
Model Pembelajaran mind mapping adalah cara belajar dan berpikir dengan menggunakan citra visual dan prasarana grafis sehingga pembelajaran yang kreatif dan efisien.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran mind mapping terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS pada kelas V di SD Negeri Oetona Kupang.
Jenis penelitan ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimental Design. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri Oetona berjumlah 46 orang yang terdiri atas kelas A berjumlah 23 dan kelas B berjumlah 23 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 46 orang dimana kelas A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas B sebagai kelas kontrol.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji t-test.
Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dan penelitian, yang dilakukan tentang “pengaruh model pembelajaran mind mapping terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS pada kelas V di SD Negeri Oetona Kupang” dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pengaruh model pembelajaran mind mapping berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS pada kelas V di SD Negeri Oetona Kupang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji independent sample t-test dengan taraf signifikansi 5% (0.05). Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,019 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya minat belajar siswa berbeda antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol atau dengan kata lain terdapat perbedaan dan pengaruh model pembelajaran mind mapping terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS pada kelas V di SD Negeri Oetona Kupang.
ABSTRACT
The mind mapping learning model is a way of learning and thinking by using visual imagery and graphic infrastructure so that learning is creative and efficient.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of mind mapping learning models on student learning interest in social studies subjects in class V at Oetona Kupang Elementary School.
This type of research is quantitative research. The experimental design used in this study was Quasi Experimental Design. In this study the population was all students of class V of Oetona Elementary School totaling 46 people consisting of class A totaling 23 and class B totaling 23 people and the sample in this study were all class V students totaling 46 people where class A was an experimental class and class B as the control class. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study is the normality test, homogeneity test and t-test.
Based on the results of discussions and research, conducted on "the influence of mind mapping learning models on student learning interest in social studies subjects in class V in Oetona Kupang Elementary School" it can be concluded that the influence of mind mapping learning models has an effect on student learning interest in social studies subjects in class V at Oetona Kupang Public Elementary School. This is evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing using the independent sample t-test with a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results showed that the value of sig. (2-tailed) 0.019 <0.05 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that students' learning interest differs between the experimental class and the control class or in other words there are differences and the influence of the mind mapping learning model on student learning interest in social studies subjects in class V at Oetona Kupang Elementary School.
