PEMANFAATAN TIK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN ANAK – ANAK TUNANETRA DI SLB NEGERI KOTA KUPANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengobservasi dan mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam proses pembelajaran bagi anak-anak tunanetra di SLB Negeri Kota Kupang. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan guru serta siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perangkat seperti JAWS, TalkBack, dan mesin Braille berperan besar dalam mendukung proses belajar. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa penggunaan TIK mampu meningkatkan kemandirian dan aksesibilitas anak tunanetra dalam pendidikan.
