Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional UMKM Laundry KingClonk melalui penerapan process layout (tata letak proses). Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, analisis alur proses layanan, perancangan tata letak fasilitas, dan pendampingan implementasi. Hasil menunjukkan tata letak baru mampu mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan ruang, mengurangi perpindahan yang tidak diperlukan, memperlancar alur kerja, serta meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dan kualitas layanan. Dengan demikian, penerapan process layout menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja operasional dan keberlanjutan usaha.
