About the Journal — Caring & Sharing Nursing Journal (CSNJ)

Caring & Sharing Nursing Journal (CSNJ) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by the Nursing Department, Universitas Citra Bangsa (Indonesia). CSNJ aims to disseminate evidence-based nursing knowledge and research findings that contribute to clinical practice, nursing education, health services management, and community health improvement.

Aims and Scope

CSNJ welcomes manuscripts in nursing and related health sciences, including (but not limited to):

  • Medical-Surgical Nursing

  • Community & Public Health Nursing

  • Maternal and Child Nursing

  • Mental Health Nursing

  • Gerontic Nursing

  • Nursing Management and Leadership

  • Patient Safety & Quality Improvement

  • Nursing Education

  • Nursing Informatics and Interprofessional Care

Article Types

CSNJ publishes Original Research Articles, Systematic/Scoping Reviews, and Short Reports (other article types may be considered as stated in the Author Guidelines).

Publication Frequency

CSNJ is published [twice a year: June and December] and is committed to a consistent publishing schedule.

Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening (scope, completeness, ethical compliance, and similarity screening). Manuscripts that pass screening are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process by at least two independent reviewers. Editorial decisions are based on academic merit, originality, methodological rigor, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s aims and scope.

Open Access Policy

CSNJ provides immediate open access to all published content to promote wider dissemination and use of research for education, practice, and policy.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. All published articles are licensed under Creative Commons [CC BY 4.0 / CC BY-SA 4.0]. The license terms are displayed on the article landing page and within the published full text/PDF.

Author Fees (APC)

CSNJ charges IDR 0 for manuscript submission and publication (no submission fee and no publication fee).

Plagiarism and Similarity Screening

CSNJ screens submissions using [PlagiarsmCheckerX]. Similarity reports are assessed contextually. Suspected plagiarism, redundant publication, and unethical citation practices are handled under the journal’s publication ethics policy.

Archiving and Preservation

To ensure long-term preservation and access, CSNJ applies an archiving strategy through [PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) / LOCKSS / Institutional Repository / other].
