Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to evaluate and analyze the influence of applying the Self-Directed Learning (SDL) model assisted by AnyFlip on students' learning independence and learning outcomes in the Informatics subject, specifically on the topic of cyber security. The method used is a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest design, involving two eighth-grade classes at SMPN 6 Malang: a control class (8.4) using conventional learning and an experimental class (8.5) using the SDL model assisted by AnyFlip, with each class consisting of 24 students. The instruments used in this study include pretest-posttest assessments of learning outcomes and a student learning independence questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using an independent sample t-test and Pearson correlation. The results showed significant differences between the two groups, where the learning outcomes were p = 0.002 < 0.05 and learning independence was p = 0.018 < 0.05. The correlation test also found a strong positive relationship between learning independence and student learning outcomes with r = 0.727; p = 0.006 < 0.05. This analysis proves that the SDL model assisted by AnyFlip is capable of and has an impact on increasing students' learning independence while also contributing to improving their learning outcomes.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan model Self-Directed Learning berbantuan AnyFlip terhadap kemandirian belajar dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Informatika materi cyber security. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi eksperiment) dengan desain pretest-posttest, yang melibatkan dua kelas VIII di SMPN 6 Malang, yaitu kelas kontrol (8.4) menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional dan kelas eksperimen (8.5) menggunakan model SDL bantuan AnyFlip, masing-masing kelas ada 24 siswa. instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pretest-posttest hasil belajar dan kuesioner kemandirian belajar siswa. analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji independent sample t-test dan korelasi pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan signifikansi antara kedua kelompok, dimana hasil belajar p = 0,002 < 0,05 dan kemandirian belajar p = 0,018 < 0,05. Uji korelasi juga ditemukan hubungan positif yang kuat antara kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa dengan r = 0,727; p = 0,006 < 0,05. Hasil analisis ini membuktikan bahwa model SDL berbantuan AnyFlip mampu dan berpengaruh meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa sekaligus berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
