ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN MAHASISWA TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN DALAM PROSES BELAJAR MENGAJAR MENGUNAKAN FUZZY LOGIC

Abstract. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of student satisfaction with the performance of lecturers using the fuzzy logic method at the Health Faculty of the S1 Nursing Study Program at Citra Bangsa University. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between student satisfaction on the performance of lecturers at the 2019 Undergraduate Nursing Study Program at Citra Bangsa University. This is evidenced by the results of data analysis where a significant level of student satisfaction with lecturer performance is obtained with a value of 75 according to the final assessment criteria (66-80) which is said to be satisfied. So that Ha is accepted or there is an influence on student satisfaction on lecturer performance.
Abstrak. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy logic pada Fakultas Kesehatan Program Studi S1 Keperawatan di Universitas Citra Bangsa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat penggaruh yang signifikan antara kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen pada Prodi S1 Keperawatan Angkatan 2019 Universitas Citra Bangsa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil perolehan analisis data dimana diperoleh taraf signifikan kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kenerja dosen dengan nilai sebesar 75 sesuai dengan kriteria penilaian akhir (66-80) di katakan Puas. Sehingga Ha di terima atau terdapat penggaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen.
