Screening for Plagiarism

Plagiarism Screening Policy
All manuscripts submitted to HINEF: Jurnal Rumpun Ilmu Pendidikan are subject to plagiarism screening to ensure originality and academic integrity.

We use Plagiarism Checker X as our primary tool to detect textual similarities between submitted manuscripts and existing published works.

a. The maximum acceptable similarity index is 30%.

b. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold will be returned to the author for revision or rejected outright depending on the severity of the overlap.

c. All detected cases of suspected plagiarism will be handled in accordance with our editorial ethics policy and, if necessary, reported to the author’s institution.

Authors are encouraged to ensure that their work is original and properly cited before submission.
