As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • Submitted scientific articles must comply with the JUKANTI journal template, those that do not comply will be rejected/returned. The JUKANTI journal template can be downloaded on the side menu of the Jukanti website
  • Submitted scientific article files must be in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word document file format.
  • Scientific article writing must comply with the requirements and language style outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • When sending a scientific article, you must also send a written statement that has been filled in and signed and complies with the rules contained therein. The Statement Letter can be downloaded in the side menu
  • When submitting scientific articles, it is also required to check the plagiarism of scientific articles using Turnitin or Plagiarism Checkerx. Scientific articles that can be accepted if the plagiarism check is less than 30%.
  • Authors are expected to only submit 1 (one) article for one title. If you have submitted several articles for the same title, only the first article will be reviewed, subsequent articles will be considered invalid and will be deleted
  • Articles will be reviewed no later than 2 (two) working days after the upload date. The results of the review will be submitted via the author's email. Follow-up of the article review process can be carried out if after 3 (three) working weeks the author does not receive an email on the results of the review

Authors who wish to submit manuscripts must pay attention to the points below. If the manuscript does not meet the requirements listed, there is a possibility that the manuscript will be returned.

Stages of Journal Publication Process at JUKANTI :

  1. Submission, here the editorial team will ensure that the article is worthy of review, if appropriate, it will be forwarded to the reviewers. Make sure your article follows the writing standards according to the JUKANTI format.
  2. Review, here the article that is said to be worthy of review will be reviewed by the reviewer and if 50% of the article is acceptable, the reviewer will inform the editorial team to make an LOA. The LOA is signed by the Chief Editor, in this case the Head of LP3M Citra Bangsa University.
  3. Copyediting, here the article will be checked for plagiarism, a statement letter from the author is needed if it is found that the article has been published or has been submitted in another article. At this stage the article will also be checked for writing margins, lacking letters, layout of images/tables, headers and footers in the article. At this stage there will be an invoice for payment (For a free Publication policy request, please contact us via Whatsapp).
  4. Production, here the article will be printed in pdf format, to be published according to the publication date per specified volume. Here the article will be given a page number according to the number of pages of all articles that are ready to be published.

Penulis yang ingin memasukkan naskah harus memperhatikan poin-poin di bawah ini. Jika naskah tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah dicantumkan, ada kemungkinan naskah tersebut akan dikembalikan.

Tahapan Proses Publikasi Jurnal di JUKANTI,

  1. Submission, disini tim editor akan memastikan artikel layak untuk direview, jika layak akan dilanjutkan ke reviewer. Pastikan artikel anda telah mengikuti standar penulisan sesuai format JUKANTI
  2. Review, disini artikel yang dikatakan layak direview akan direview oleh reviewer dan jika 50% artikel dapat diterima akan diinfokan reviewer ke tim editor untuk dibuatkan LOA. LOA ditandatangai oleh Chief Editor dalam hal ini Ketua LP3M Univ Citra Bangsa.
  3. Copyediting, disini artikel akan dicek plagiarism, dibutuhkan surat pernyataan dari author jika didapati artikel sudah pernah dipublikasi atau sudah disubmit di artikel lain. Ditahap ini juga artikel akan dicek penulisannya marginnya, kurang huruf, tata letak gambar/ tabel, header dan footer pada artikel. Pada tahap akan ada invoice utk pembayaran (Untuk permohonan kebijakan gratis Publikasi silahkan menghubungi kami via Whatsapp). 
  4. Production, disini artikel akan dicetak dalam bentuk pdf, untuk dapat dipublikasikan sesuai dengan tanggal publikasi per volume yang sudah ditentukan. Disini artikel akan diberikan nomor halaman sesuai dengan jumlah halaman semua artikel yang sudah siap dipublikasi.
