PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA EDUKASI LEMBAR BALIK CTPS DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN COVID-19 TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN DAN TINDAKAN KELOMPOK PKK 6 langkah cuci tangan pakai sabun

Abstract
Kebijakan protokol kesehatan termasuk 6 langkah Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun sesuai rekomondasi WHO belum menjadi kebiasaan hidup sehat pada era pandemi covid-19. Sehingga perlu edukasi khususnya pada kelompok PKK karena merupakan penggerak bagi kelurga dan masyarakat. Lembar balik merupakan salah satu alternative media edukasi yang memiliki keungulan praktis, bergambar, dan mudah di pahami. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan media edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan tindakan 6 langkah CTPS pada kelompok PKK dalam upaya pencegahan penyebaran covid-19.Desain penelitian ini R&D dengan prosedur pengembangan ADDIE. Responden penelitian sebanyak 25. Obyek yang diteliti adalah pengetahuan dan tindakan tentang 6 langkah CTPS pada ibu PKK. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuestioner dan lembar observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji paired t test. Hasil kelayakan produk media edukasi lembar balik dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan sebagai media promosi kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan sebelum intervensi sebanyak 21 responden dengan kategori kurang (84%) dan sesudah intervensi terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan sebanyak 23 responden dengan kategori baik (92%). Dan hasil ketrampilan 6 langkah CTPS sebelum intervensi sebanyak 15 responden dengan ketegori kurang (60%) dan sesudah diberikan intervensi meningkat sebanyak 14 responden dengan kategori baik (56%). Hasil uji paired t test didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar = 0.000<0.05, ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi menggunakan media lembar balik. Edukasi menggunakan media lembar balik dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan 6 langkah CTPS dalam upaya pencegahan penyebaran covid-19.

ABSTRACT
Health protocol policies including 6 steps of washing hands with soap according to WHO recommendations have not become a healthy living habit in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. So that education is needed, especially for the PKK group because it is a driving force for families and communities. Flip sheets are one of the alternative educational media that have practical advantages, are illustrated, and are easy to understand. The purpose of this study was to produce educational media to increase knowledge and action of the 6 steps of CTPS in the PKK group in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This research design is R&D with ADDIE development procedure. The research respondents were 25. The objects studied were knowledge and actions about the 6 steps of CTPS for PKK mothers. The research instrument used a questionnaire and an observation sheet. Analysis of the data used is the paired t test. He results of the feasibility of flipchart educational media products were declared very suitable to be used as health promotion media. The results showed that knowledge before the intervention was 21 respondents in the poor category (84%) and after the intervention there was an increase in knowledge as many as 23 respondents in the good category (92%). And the results of the 6-step CTPS skills before the intervention were 15 respondents in the less category (60%) and after being given the intervention increased by 14 respondents in the good category (56%). The results of the paired t test showed a significance value of = 0.000 <0.05, there was a significant effect between the average before and after being given intervention using flipchart media. Education using flipchart media can be used as an alternative in increasing knowledge and skills of the 6 steps of CTPS in an effort to prevent the spread of covid-19.
