PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI PEMANTAUAN HARGA PASAR SAYURAN DAERAH GETASAN BERBASIS WEB

Abstract
Sebagai pasar tradisional yang berpusat di daerah Getasan, banyak terdapat hasil pertanian salah satunya sayuran. Namun ada permasalahan yaitu sering kali petani hanya menerima informasi harga jual sayuran dari percakapan sehari-hari di jalan atau online menggunakan aplikasi chatting yang hanya sebatas mengetahui harga sayuran pada hari itu juga sehingga pada hari berikutnya harga berubah secara signifikan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian untuk membuat sistem informasi pemantauan harga sayuran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yaitu Waterfall dalam pembuatan sistem dengan menggunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Untuk menghitung perkiraan harga produk sayuran menggunakan metode Fuzzy Time Series dengan menggunakan bantuan Excel. Perhitungan perkiraan harga seperti bayam memiliki nilai Mean Absolut Percentage Error (MAPE) mencapai 31,6% sehingga mendapatkan hasil peramalan cukup baik. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Black Box tidak ditemukan kesalahan fungsionalitas pada setiap fitur. Hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada petani diperoleh persentase nilai sebesar 90,9% yang tergolong dalam kriteria sangat baik. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini petani dapat melihat harga sayuran saat ini dan bulan kemarin serta melihat perkiraan harga sayuran bulan depan agar tidak mengalami kerugian panen.
As a traditional market centered in the Getasan area, there are many agricultural products, one of which is vegetables. However, there is a problem that farmers often only receive information on the selling price of vegetables from daily conversations on the street or online using a chat application which is only limited to knowing the price of vegetables on the same day so that the next day the price changes significantly. To overcome this problem, research was carried out to create an information system for monitoring vegetable prices. This research uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, namely Waterfall in making the system using the Laravel framework, the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and MySQL as the database. To calculate the estimated price of vegetable products using the Fuzzy Time Series method using Excel. Calculation of price estimates such as spinach has a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 31.6% so that the forecasting results are quite good. System testing using the Black Box method did not find any functionality errors in each feature. The results of the questionnaire distributed to farmers obtained a percentage value of 90.9% which is classified as very good. With this information system, farmers can see the current also last month's vegetable prices and see the estimated vegetable prices for next month so as not to experience crop losses.
