Author Fees & Waiver Policy

LECTURE is a fully open-access journal that is committed to supporting inclusive and equitable access to academic publishing. As part of this commitment, the journal does not charge any author fees at any stage of the publication process.

1. Submission Fee

No submission fee is required. Authors may submit manuscripts free of charge for editorial screening and peer review.

2. Article Processing Charge (APC)

There are no article processing charges (APCs). Authors are not required to pay any fees for peer review, editorial decision-making, proofreading, layout, or online publication.

3. Publication Fee

Publication in LECTURE is entirely free of charge. There are no fees associated with acceptance, typesetting, or digital archiving.

4. Waiver Policy

Since LECTURE does not impose any fees, a formal waiver policy is not applicable. The journal is fully subsidized by the English Language Education Study Program at Universitas Citra Bangsa to promote knowledge dissemination without financial barriers.

Authors from all countries and institutions are welcome to submit their work regardless of their funding status or economic background.
