PELATIHAN GROWTH MINDSET DAN STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN EFEKTIF BAGI MAHASISWA SEMESTER IV PJKR UKAW

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan growth mindset dan strategi pembelajaran efektif pada mahasiswa PJKR UKAW Kupang melalui pelatihan interaktif. Metode mencakup workshop, diskusi kelompok, dan pendampingan tatap muka. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman growth mindset (dari 32% menjadi 87%), penguasaan teknik belajar (81%), serta penurunan prokrastinasi (40%). Kendala utama meliputi durasi pelatihan terbatas dan resistensi terhadap perubahan pola pikir mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini membuktikan efektivitas pendekatan kolaboratif berbasis kebutuhan spesifik mahasiswa PJKR di kampus UKAW.
