Observasi ini bertujuan menggambarkan kondisi dan proses pembelajaran siswa berkebutuhan khusus di SLB Negeri Oelamasi dalam penggunaan komputer. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Pembelajaran di SLB Negeri Oelamasi menggunakan pendekatan individual untuk siswa berkebutuhan khusus seperti Tuna Grahita dan Tuna Daksa, dengan guru yang terlatih. Namun, ketiadaan LAB Komputer menjadi kendala. Diperlukan dukungan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan fasilitas komputer demi menunjang pembelajaran yang lebih efektif.
