Optimalisasi Kesehatan Mental Mahasiswa PJKR melalui Pelatihan Self-Management Skills

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kesehatan mental mahasiswa Program Studi PJKR melalui pelatihan self-management skills. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada 24 mahasiswa semester ganjil dan mencakup psikoedukasi, praktik pengelolaan diri, serta refleksi mandiri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mengenai manajemen diri, kemampuan mengelola emosi, dan strategi coping adaptif. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala teknis dan variasi partisipasi, antusiasme mahasiswa menjadi faktor utama keberhasilan kegiatan ini. Pelatihan direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan secara berkelanjutan.
