Abstrak
Keterampilan menulis ilmiah dalam bentuk PTK memberikan kesempatan guru untuk merefleksikan kembali proses pembelajaran yang selama ini dilaksanakan. Kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang konsep dan prosedur penulisan proposal PTK menjadi masalah yang wajib diperbaiki. Pelatihan dan pendampingan merupakan salah satu cara meningkatkan keterampilan menulis. Metode kegiatan PkM ini menggunakan metode Drill. Tahap pertama berupa kegiatan pembinaan dalam bentuk pelatihan, tahap kedua pembinaan berbentuk pendampingan, dilakukan intensif selama 3 hari. Luaran dari kegiatan PkM yakni produk tulisan ilmiah berupa Proposal PTK yang disusun oleh kelompok guru SDN Balfai Penfui Timur.
Abstract
Scientific writing skills in the form of PTK provide an opportunity for teachers to reflect back on the learning process that has been implemented so far. The teacher's lack of understanding of the concepts and procedures for writing PTK proposals is a problem that must be corrected. Training and mentoring are one way to improve writing skills. This PkM activity method uses the Drill method. The first stage is in the form of coaching activities in the form of training, the second stage is coaching in the form of mentoring, carried out intensively for 3 days. The output of PkM activities is a scientific writing product in the form of a PTK Proposal compiled by a group of teachers at SDN Balfai Penfui Timur.
