Abstrak
Penulisan karya Ilmiah merupakan salah satu kegiatan Ilmiah yang menuntut seseorang untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah dengan langkah-langkah yang terukur dan objektif dengan didasarkan pada suatu metode Ilmiah tertentu. Pelatihan pendampingan penulisan karya Ilmiah bagi guru-guru SMA Negeri 2 Kota Kupang yang dilakukan dengan penguatan guru-guru tentang konsep dan teori yang berkaitan dengan karya Ilmiah, serta teknis dan praktik penyusunannya. Sehingga memungkinkan guru-guru dalam membimbing dan mengarahkan siswa kelas XII dalam menyusun karya Ilmiah sebagai syarat kelulusan. Pada pelatihan ini juga dihasilkan salah satu kerangka baku sebagai panduan dalam menyusun karya Ilmiah.

Abstract
Writing scientific work is a scientific activity that requires someone to solve a problem using measurable and objective steps based on a certain scientific method. Training to assist in writing scientific works for teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Kupang City which was carried out by strengthening teachers regarding concepts and theories related to scientific works, as well as the technical and practical aspects of their preparation. This allows teachers to guide and direct class XII students in compiling scientific work as a graduation requirement. This training also produced a standard framework as a guide in compiling scientific work.
