DIGITALISASI REGISTRASI PENELITIAN KEMASYARAKATAN (LITMAS) KLIEN DEWASA
DI BALAI PEMASYARAKATAN KELAS II LAHAT
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi di Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas II Lahat terkait belum optimalnya registrasi penelitian kemasyarakatan (litmas) klien dewasa di Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas II Lahat. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode APKL, USG dan Fishbone Diagram dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang diangkat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah program digitalisasi registrasi penelitian kemasyarakatan (litmas) klien dewasa memberikan kemudahan dalam layanan pendaftaran. Pengguna puas dengan program digitalisasi registrasi penelitian kemasyarakatan (litmas) klien dewasa. Adanya penelitian ini, masalah belum optimalnya registrasi penelitian kemasyarakatan klien dewasa di Balai Pemasyarakatan Kelas II Lahat dapat diselesaikan.
