PEMANFAATAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DI DAERAH PEDALAMAN PULAU TIMOR

Abstract
Rendahnya 'Sentuhan' teknologi dalam pembelajaran di berbagai daerah di Indonesia menjadi tantangan bagi semua stakeholder pendidikan agar pembangunan teknologi pendidikan harus merata di semua daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pemanfaatan media audio visual dalam pembelajaran di daerah pedalaman Pulau Timor. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen, angket. Teknik Analisis Data terdiri dari 3 alur kegiatan yang dilakukan secara bersamaan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat pemanfaatan media pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran di daerah pedalaman Pulau Timor yaitu 44% guru menggunakan media sedangkan 56% guru tidak menggunakan media dalam proses pembelajaran. Dari total 44% guru yang menggunakan media dalam proses pembelajaran, 18% guru menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, 82% guru tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Dari 18% guru yang menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi terdapat 33% guru menggunakan media audio dan visual gerak, 22% guru menggunakan audio visual gerak, 45% guru menggunakan media audio visual diam dan tidak ada guru yang menggunakan media audio dan visual diam.

ABSTRACT
The low 'touch' of technology in learning in various regions in Indonesia is a challenge for all education stakeholders so that the development of educational technology must be evenly distributed in all regions. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of audio-visual media in learning in the interior of the island of Timor. The research approach is qualitative with descriptive method. Research informants are principals, teachers and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, document studies, questionnaires. Data Analysis Techniques consist of 3 flow of activities carried out simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the results showed that the level of utilization of learning media in the learning process in the interior of Timor Island was 44% of teachers using media while 56% of teachers did not use media in the learning process. Of the total 44% of teachers who use media in the learning process, 18% of teachers use technology-based learning media, 82% of teachers do not use technology-based learning media. From 18% of teachers who use technology-based learning media, there are 33% of teachers using motion audio and visual media, 22% of teachers using motion audio-visual media, 45% of teachers using silent audio-visual media and no teacher using silent audio and visual media.
