Abstract

Perpustakaan O. Notohamidjojo Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana berdasarkan evaluasi sistem Informasi mempunyai tujuan memberikan layanan yang baik terhadap penggunanya. Masalah yang sering terjadi diantaranya kurang optimalnya layanan sistem informasi, peminjaman, dan kendala teknis operator atau admin. Untuk penulis menerapkan beberapa metode dalam mencari sebuah solusi menggunakan framework PIECES yang terdiri dari Performance, Information/Data, Economic, Control /Security, Efficiency dan Service. Berdasarkan hasil dalam penulisan sebuah evaluasi sistem informasi pada layanan perpustakaan O. Notohamidjojo di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana terdapat beberapa kekurangan pada sistem menu serta kelemahan dari segi windows sehingga kurang support ketika penggunaan jangka yang lebih panjang, maka perlunya upgrade dari segi software agar mampu menunjang aktifitas pengoperasian layanan tersebut serta penyempurnaan menu peminjaman pada tampilan Web OPAC sehingga tersikulasi dengan bawaan sistem ILS.
