APLIKASI PERANCANGAN BIMBINGAN DAN PENJADWALAN SKRIPSI BERBASIS WEBSITE

Abstract
Dalam proses penyelesaian skripsi terdapat beberapa proses, mulai dari pengajuan permohonan skripsi hingga diberikannya jadwal ujian skripsi. Pada proses tersebut di Universitas Airlangga mayoritas masih dikelola secara manual, sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien saat butuh untuk pengolahan data dan monitoring. Oleh karena itu, melalui perancangan aplikasi bimbingan dan penjadwalan skripsi ini akan lebih terstruktur dan mudah dalam hal pengolahan datanya. Terlebih akibat pandemic saat ini banyak aktivitas dilakukan secara daring. Sehingga dalam pembagian jadwal ujian dan kesiapan dosen untuk membimbing dan menguji kadang kala bertepatan dengan jadwal mengajar dosen tersebut. Kadang kala ada beberapa dosen yang lupa jadwal menguji.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi perancangan bimbingan dan penjadwalan skripsi berbasis website, aplikasi ini dibuat untuk membantu proses bimbingan dan penjadwalan ujian skripsi serta penyampaian informasi jadwal ujian skripsi, serta dapat membantu pimpinan untuk memonitoring proses bimbingan skripsi dan dapat mempermudah dalam hal pengolahan data lainnya.
There are several process in order to complete a thesis, starting from submitted the thesis application to determine the thesis exam schedule. In this majority process Airlangga University still use manual managing system, so it is ineffective and inefficient when it comes to data processing and monitoring. Therefore, through this Thesis and Guidance Scheduling Design Application, the managing system will be more structured and easier in terms of data processing. Especially due to the current pandemic, there are many activities carried out online. It affects the distribution of the thesis exam and guidance schedule and the readiness of the guide lecturer, sometimes the exam and guidance schedule coincide with the lecturer's teaching schedule. Sometimes there are some lecturers who forget the test schedule.
The result of this research is a website-based Thesis and Guidance Scheduling Design Application, this application is made to assist the process of scheduling the thesis exam and guidance and the information distribution of the exam schedule, this application also can help leaders to monitor the thesis guidance process and facilitate other data processing.
