SISTEM INFORMASI PENERIMAAN PEGAWAI DENGAN METODE AGILE EXTREME PROGRAMMING

Abstract
Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu hal yang memberikan kontribusi bagi keberhasilan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Salah satu kegiatan menejemen sumber daya manusia adalah melakukan penerimaan pegawai baru. Universitas XYZ merupakan salah satu Perguruan Tinggi di Surabaya yang melakukan proses penerimaan pegawai baru masih menggunakan proses manual. Proses penerimaan pegawai baru di Universitas ini dimulai dari pegawai Direktorat Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) mengupload pengumuman penerimaan pegawai di website. Kemudian calon pegawai melakukan pendaftaran dengan mengisi form dan mengupload berkas lamaran melalui link Google Form yang sudah disediakan. Dilanjutkan dengan calon pegawai mengikuti serangkaian tahapan seleksi. Kemudian hasil penilaian dari proses seleksi dicatat di file Microsoft Excel. Dilanjutkan dengan pengumuman hasil seleksi penerimaan pegawai berupa file pdf yang diupload ke Website. Hal ini menyebabkan pengolahan data calon pegawai dari proses pendaftaran hingga penilaian disetiap tahapan seleksi tidak efektif dan efisien. Pengembangan system pada penelitian ini menggunakan dengan metode agile model extreme programming (XP) agar dapat menghemat waktu dalam pengembahan sisten dan mudah mudah disesuaikan kebutuan dan keinginan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan system yang dapat membantu Universitas XYZ dalam yang mampu membantu proses penerimaan pegawai mulai proses pendaftaran sampai penilaian calon pegawai. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dengan Framework Yii2 dan PostgreSQL.
Human resource management is one of the factors that contribute to an organization's or company's success. Recruiting new personnel is one of the activities of human resource management. XYZ University is one of the universities in Surabaya that uses a manual procedure to hire new workers. The process of recruiting new employees at the University begins with staff from the Directorate of Human Resources (HR) posting job vacancy on the University's website. The process continues with prospective employees filling out the form and submitting the application file via the given Google Form link. Then, the evaluation of the selecting process is then recorded in a Microsoft Excel file then followed with announcing the selected staff. Following that, the results of the staff selection process will be announced in the form of a PDF file uploaded to the website. As a result, data processing of prospective employees from registration through assessment at each stage of selection is ineffective and inefficient. This study uses the Agile Model Extreme Programming (XP) method in order to reduce the time used in system development and to adjust to customer’s needs and preferences. This study aims to develop a system that will help XYZ University with the recruitment process, from registration through evaluating eligible employee using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, the Yii2 Framework, and PostgreSQL.
