PENGEMBANGAN GAME EDUKASI BERBASIS ANDROID TENTANG PENCEGAHAN VIRUS COVID-19 MENGGUNAKAN UNITY

Pada awal tahun 2020, dunia digemparkan dengan menyebarnya virus baru bernama coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) dan penyakitnya disebut COVID-19. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang terdampak oleh COVID-19. Berdasarkan bukti ilmiah, COVID-19 dapat menular dari manusia ke manusia secara cepat melalui percikan batuk/bersin(droplet). Penyebaran COVID-19 dapat dicegah bila masyarakat mentaati protokol kesehatan yang ada. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Model ADDIE, yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah game edukasi sederhana berbasis android yang dikembangkan menggunakan Unity berjudul “Beat The Covid” untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang pencegahan COVID-19. Melalui pengujian dan penilaian yang dilakukan oleh 40 orang responden, Game “Beat The Covid” berhasil memperoleh presentase nilai sebesar 95,5% dan masuk ke dalam kategori Sangat Layak untuk dimainkan. Dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Game “Beat The Covid” sudah memberikan manfaat dan edukasi yang cukup kepada pengguna.
