Publication Schedule and Submission Process

J-ITLE publishes issues every January, May, and September, with each issue featuring 10 selected articles. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis and undergo a review process with a maximum duration of two months, handled by our team of reviewers.

Open Access Policy

J-ITLE is an open-access journal, meaning that all content is freely available without charge to users or their institutions. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This aligns with the journal’s mission to promote the widespread dissemination of knowledge.

All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license allows others to share the work with proper attribution, but it cannot be altered or used commercially.

Upon acceptance of an article for publication, the authors agree to transfer the copyright of the article to J-ITLE. History of the Journal

Founded in 2024, Journal of Innovative Technologies in Learning and Education (J-ITLE) was established to address the growing need for research that bridges the gap between educational theory and technological practice. To ensure the long-term preservation of our published content, J-ITLE is included in the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS) archival systems.
