Publication Schedule and Submission Process

J-ITLE publishes issues every January, May, and September, with each issue featuring 10 selected articles. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis and undergo a review process with a maximum duration of two months, handled by our team of reviewers.

J-ITLE is an open-access journal, meaning that all content is freely available without charge to users or their institutions. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This aligns with the journal’s mission to promote the widespread dissemination of knowledge.
