Blue Print Pengembangan Lanyanan Informasi Kesehatan, merupakan bentuk cetak biru Pengembangan Layanan Informasi Kesehatan bagi organisasi RT.12.RW.02 Kelurahan Tunjungsekar Kota Malang. Cetak biru ini terdiri dari modul layanan kesehatan dari Inspirasi warga dan kebutuhan Layanan Informasi Kesehatan Warga di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 yang dibantu oleh Tenaga Kesehatan dari warga RT.12 RW.02 dalam Penyusunan Cetak biru Pengembangan Layanan Informasi Kesehatan. Tujuan Blue Print Pengembangan Lanyanan Informasi Kesehatan. Membantu program layanan informasi kesehatan Dinkes Kota Malang, yang bekerjasama dengan Puskesmas Mojolanggu sebagai Fasiliatas Pelayanan Kesehatan Tingkat 1, dengan cetak biru dari RT.12 RW.02 dapat membantu Pengembangan Program Layanan Kesehatan di Tingkat Kota Malang sesuai dengan program pemerintah, serta melibatkan Inspirasi masyarakat di Tingkat RT untuk memberikan monitoring program kesehatan pemerintah Kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan Metode DFD dimana Input, Proses, dan ouput yang dihasilkan. Di kontrol arus data informasi kesehatan yang digunakan oleh warga dan program kesehatan pemerintah pada umumnya. Metode ini juga mengurangsi informasi kesehatan yang tidak akurat dalam bentuk laporan hasil layanan informasi kesehatan yang digunakan. Kesimpulan hasil cetak biru ini mempercepat analisa Swot Kelemahan dan kekuatan Cetak biru Pengembangan Layanan Informasi Kesehatan, sehingga menghasilkan Aplikasi Kesehatan yang memiliki nilai guna manfaat dan nilai guna kebijakan program kesehatan pemerintah di Prosinsi Jawa Timur.
