Duties of Reviewers
Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions and help authors improve their manuscripts through constructive feedback.
Reviewers must:

- declare any conflict of interest;
- decline review assignments outside their expertise;

Authorship and Contributorship
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made substantial contributions to the conception, design, data collection, analysis, interpretation, drafting, or revision of the manuscript.
All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission to JUKANTI. Contributors who do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged appropriately.
Changes to authorship after submission must be approved by all authors and explained to the editorial team.
Plagiarism and Duplicate Publication
JUKANTI does not tolerate plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, data falsification, citation manipulation, or other forms of publication misconduct.
All submitted manuscripts are screened for similarity before peer review. Manuscripts with suspected plagiarism or unethical reuse of previous work may be rejected or investigated further.
If serious misconduct is identified after publication, JUKANTI may publish a correction, retraction, or expression of concern.
Conflict of Interest
Authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any financial, personal, academic, institutional, or other relationships that may influence the research, review process, or editorial decision.
Editors and reviewers must not participate in the review or decision-making process for manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest.
Ethical Oversight
Research involving human participants, personal data, institutional data, sensitive information, or other ethical concerns must comply with applicable ethical standards.
Authors are responsible for obtaining informed consent, institutional permission, or ethical approval when required. The editorial team may request evidence of ethical approval, research permission, or informed consent when necessary.
Data Accuracy and Availability
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the data presented in their manuscripts. Data must not be fabricated, falsified, manipulated, or selectively reported.
When appropriate, authors are encouraged to provide access to research data or explain data availability in the manuscript.
Corrections, Retractions, and Expressions of Concern
JUKANTI may issue corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern when errors, ethical issues, plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, or other serious concerns are identified in published articles.
Corrections are issued for honest errors that do not invalidate the main findings of the article. Retractions may be issued when the findings are unreliable or when serious ethical misconduct is confirmed.
Complaints and Appeals
Authors, reviewers, readers, or other parties may submit complaints or appeals regarding editorial decisions, peer review, publication ethics, or published content.
Complaints and appeals should be submitted to the editorial office. The Editor-in-Chief will review the complaint objectively and may consult the editorial board or external experts when necessary.
Post-Publication Discussion
JUKANTI allows readers, authors, and other stakeholders to raise concerns about published articles. Concerns related to accuracy, ethics, authorship, conflict of interest, or research integrity will be reviewed by the editorial team.
When necessary, JUKANTI may publish clarifications, corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern.
Use of AI-Assisted Tools
Authors may use AI-assisted tools for language editing, grammar checking, formatting support, or technical assistance. However, AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and ethical compliance of their manuscripts, including any content generated or assisted by AI tools. The use of AI-assisted tools should be disclosed in the manuscript when it substantially contributes to writing, analysis, or content generation.
Final Statement
JUKANTI is committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, accountability, and integrity in scholarly publishing. Any suspected violation of publication ethics will be handled seriously and responsibly by the editorial team.
