Author Fees & Waiver Policy

Article Submission Fee

JUKANTI does not charge any article submission fee. Authors are not required to pay any fee when submitting manuscripts to the journal.

Article Processing Charge / Article Publication Charge

JUKANTI charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 750,000 for manuscripts that have been accepted for publication.

The APC is charged only after the manuscript has successfully completed the editorial and peer-review process and enters the copyediting stage. Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions, peer-review results, or the acceptance of manuscripts.

The APC is used to support editorial administration, copyediting, layout editing, DOI registration, metadata management, website maintenance, online publication, and long-term dissemination of published articles.

Payment Procedure

The invoice and payment instructions will be sent to the corresponding author by the JUKANTI administrative team after the manuscript enters the copyediting stage.

Authors are required to complete the payment according to the official invoice and submit proof of payment for administrative verification.

No payment is required before the manuscript is accepted for publication and enters the copyediting stage.

Waiver Policy

JUKANTI provides a waiver policy for authors who do not have sufficient funding to cover the APC.

Authors may request a partial or full waiver by contacting the editorial office before or during the submission process. Waiver requests will be considered by the editorial team based on the author’s circumstances and the availability of journal support.

Waiver decisions are made independently from editorial decisions and do not affect the peer-review process or manuscript acceptance.

JUKANTI does not charge any fee for manuscript submission, editorial screening, or peer review. APC payment is required only for accepted manuscripts that proceed to the copyediting stage.
