Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran IPS card match circle dalam pembelajaran tematik di siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan expert judgement. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif kemudian dikonversikan ke data kualitatif dengan skala 5 untuk mengetahui kualitas produk. Dari populasi yang ada, ditentukan sampel sebanyak 1 sekolah untuk pelaksanaan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian yaitu dengan mengembangkan media pembelajaran IPS card match circle dalam pembelajaran tematik telah meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan pencapaian hasil belajar yang meksimal bagi siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Hal ini terlihat pada keaktifan belajar, partisipasi dalam kegiatan belajar, fokus perhatian yang terarah, penguasaan materi IPS, pemahaman pada materi IPS, Bahasa Indonesia dan IPA serta suasana pembelajaran yang berkesan dan menyenangkan. Selain itu pencapaian hasil penelitian juga terlihat pada hasil evaluasi pembelajaran yang memuaskan yakni ketuntasan nilai siswa mencapai KKM mata pelajaran. Dari pengembangan media dan uji coba yang dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan mengembangkan serta menerapkan media pembelajaran IPS menggunakan card match circle pada pembelajaran tematik SD sangat efektif.
