Perpustakaan merupakan basis infomasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan intelektualitas. Derasnya arus informasi dan perkembangan teknologi saat ini, mengharuskan perpustakaan meningkatan mutu dan kemudahan akses informasi. Digitalisasi perpustakaan merupakan kunci jawaban atas masalah fasilitas dan sarana. Perpustakaan terpadu STIKes Citra Husada Mandiri Kupang dalam perkembangannya sudah memulai penerapan digitalisasi. Untuk karya mahasiswa berupa karya tulis ilmiah belum secara keseluruhan di kelola secara digital, sehingga terjadi penumpukan berkas pada perpustakaan. Alokasi tempat yang dibutuhkan untuk menyimpan berkas karya tulis ilmiah mahasiswa menjadi lebih banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meranrancang bangun sistem informasi repository karya ilmiah. Sistem ini diciptakan berbasis web dengan framework codeigniter. Penerapan siRepo akan sangat membantu jika digunakan secara baik. Efek jangka panjang adalah pengarsipan digital dan bank data karya tulis ilmiah STIKes Citra Husada Mandiri Kupang.
