Focus and Scope
JUKANTI (Jurnal Pendidikan Teknologi Informasi) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal that publishes original research articles, literature reviews, and applied research papers in the fields of information technology education, educational technology, digital learning, and applied information systems in educational and training contexts.
JUKANTI focuses on the development, implementation, evaluation, and critical analysis of information technology and digital innovation to support teaching, learning, educational management, academic services, and digital transformation in education.
Focus
The journal welcomes manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practice in information technology education and educational technology. Submitted manuscripts should demonstrate clear relevance to education, learning, training, academic services, or institutional development.

The scope of JUKANTI includes, but is not limited to:
- information technology education;
- educational technology;
- digital learning, e-learning, blended learning, and online learning;
- learning media and multimedia learning development;
- computer science education and instructional innovation;
- artificial intelligence applications in education;
- learning analytics and educational data mining;
- human-computer interaction in educational contexts;

JUKANTI may also consider manuscripts in applied computing, information systems, artificial intelligence, multimedia systems, decision support systems, geographic information systems, computer networks, cybersecurity, image processing, and other areas of information technology when the manuscript demonstrates clear relevance to education, learning, training, academic services, or social/institutional services supported by educational or technological innovation.
Types of Articles
JUKANTI accepts the following types of manuscripts:
- original research articles;
- applied research articles;
- system development and evaluation studies;
- literature reviews or systematic literature reviews;
- conceptual or theoretical papers relevant to the journal’s scope.
Manuscripts that are purely technical and do not demonstrate relevance to education, learning, training, academic services, or institutional/community development may be considered outside the scope of the journal.
