Authors who publish in the Journal of Innovative Technologies in Learning and Education (J-ITLE) retain the copyright of their published work without restriction.
By submitting and publishing their articles in J-ITLE, authors grant the journal the right of first publication. The journal is authorized to publish, distribute, display, archive, index, and communicate the published work as the original publisher, while copyright ownership remains with the author(s).

Copyright of each published article remains with the author(s). J-ITLE does not require authors to transfer copyright to the journal or publisher.

Attribution Requirement

Author Rights and Self-Archiving

Author Declarations
By submitting a manuscript to J-ITLE, the authors declare that:

- The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere;
- All listed authors have made significant scholarly contributions to the work;
- All listed authors have approved the final version of the manuscript;

- All third-party materials used in the manuscript have been properly cited, credited, and used with permission where required.
Use of Third-Party Materials
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to use copyrighted materials, including figures, tables, images, instruments, datasets, software, or other content that is not covered by open licenses or fair use provisions.
Any third-party material included in a manuscript must be properly credited and must not violate copyright law, licensing terms, privacy rights, or publication ethics.
Copyright and License Statement in Published Articles
To ensure consistency and transparency, each published article should include a copyright and license statement on the article webpage and in the PDF file.

Ethical Misconduct
Any form of ethical misconduct, including plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, unauthorized use of copyrighted material, data fabrication, data falsification, or inappropriate authorship, may result in rejection of the manuscript or corrective action after publication.
If misconduct is identified after publication, J-ITLE may issue a correction, expression of concern, or retraction in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics policy.
