J-ITLE welcomes original research articles, review papers, case studies, and technical reports that contribute to the advancement of educational technology and its application in formal, non-formal, and informal learning contexts. The journal aims to bridge educational theory and technological practice by publishing studies that provide meaningful insights for educators, researchers, technologists, instructional designers, and policymakers.
J-ITLE is published by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Citra Bangsa, Indonesia. The journal is published twice a year, in January and September, and all articles are freely available under an open access model.

Publication Schedule
J-ITLE is published twice a year, in January and September. Manuscript submissions are accepted on a rolling basis through the journal’s Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.
All submitted manuscripts are processed through editorial screening, peer review, revision, copyediting, layout editing, and production before publication. The editorial and review process may take approximately 4–8 weeks or up to two months, depending on manuscript quality, reviewer availability, revision requirements, and editorial considerations.
