The Journal of Innovative Technologies in Learning and Education (J-ITLE) provides information for readers, authors, and librarians regarding journal access, manuscript submission, open access policy, publication process, metadata, and library inclusion.

For Readers

J-ITLE provides immediate open access to all published articles. Readers may access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without subscription, payment, embargo period, or registration requirement.

Readers who wish to receive publication notifications may voluntarily register on the journal website. Registration allows readers to receive the Table of Contents by email when a new issue is published.

Registration is optional and is not required to access or read published articles. All journal content remains freely available to readers without login or subscription.

J-ITLE welcomes original scholarly works in the field of innovative technologies in learning and education, including educational technology, digital learning, online learning, mobile learning, artificial intelligence in education, learning analytics, curriculum innovation, teacher professional competence, and technology-enhanced pedagogy.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors are encouraged to review the journal’s focus and scope, author guidelines, publication ethics and plagiarism policy, peer-review process, copyright and licensing policy, and open access policy.

Authors must ensure that their manuscript is original, unpublished, not under consideration elsewhere, prepared according to the journal template, and compliant with the journal’s publication ethics standards.

J-ITLE does not charge article submission fees, article processing charges, publication fees, peer-review fees, editorial processing fees, copyediting fees, layout editing fees, proofreading fees, DOI registration fees, hosting fees, or any other author-side charges. All publication processes are free of charge for authors.

Authors need to register with the journal before submitting a manuscript. If already registered, authors may log in and begin the online submission process through the Open Journal Systems platform.

J-ITLE encourages research librarians, academic librarians, institutional repository managers, and information professionals to include this journal in library catalogues, electronic journal collections, subject guides, institutional repositories, discovery services, and electronic resource lists.

All articles published in J-ITLE are freely and permanently available online under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits reuse, distribution, reproduction, and adaptation of published content for any lawful purpose, provided that proper attribution is given to the original author(s) and source.

J-ITLE supports metadata dissemination and discoverability through the journal’s OJS platform, DOI registration, academic search engines, indexing services, library discovery systems, and metadata harvesting platforms when available.
