Abstark
Berkembangnya penggunaan Teknologi Informasi (TI) oleh organisasi pemerintahan maka IT Governance juga harus diterapkan pada Domain MEA (Monitor, Evaluate and Assess). Salah satu Tata kelola IT yang ada pada Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur yaitu diawasi dan dievaluasi oleh bagian sistem informasi dengan memanfaatkan media website. Permasalahan dari pemakaian teknologi informasi pada Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum saat ini adalah belum dilakukan audit sehingga belum diketahui efisiensi dan tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola teknologi informasi yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan dari website yang dimiliki oleh Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur dengan mengevaluasi, mengukur, mengamati, dari kinerja, kesesuaian menggunakan COBIT 5 dengan domain MEA01 dan menggunakan metode penskalaan dimana metode penskalaan merupakan metode pemberian nilai kepada sebuah variabel yang telah disediakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Tingkat Maturity Model Framework yang dimiliki COBIT 5 yang berasal dari ISACA pada tahun 2013 untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan pada setiap domain. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini penulis Domain MEA01: Performance And Conformance (Kinerja dan Kesesuaian) tingkat kematangan berada di level 2 (Managed Process) dengan current maturity F dengan persentase 100% artinya website bawaslu memiliki kinerja dan kesesuaian yang sesuai dengan apa yang telah dijalankan.
ABSTRACT
The development of the use of Information Technology (IT) by government organizations, IT Governance must also be applied to the AEC (Monitor, Evaluate and Assess) Domain. One of the IT governance in the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Election Supervisory Agency is supervised and evaluated by the information system section by utilizing the website media. The problem with the use of information technology at the General Election Supervisory Agency is that no audit has been carried out so that the efficiency and level of capabilities of existing information technology governance are not yet known. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type of research with the aim of determining the maturity level of the website owned by the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Election Supervisory Agency by evaluating, measuring, observing, from performance, conformity using COBIT 5 with the MEA01 domain and using a scaling method where the scaling method is a method of assigning values to a variable that has been provided. This study used the Maturity Level Model Framework owned by COBIT 5 from ISACA in 2013 to measure the maturity level of each domain. The conclusion of this study is the author of Domain MEA01: Performance And Conformance (Performance and Conformance) maturity level is at level 2 (Managed Process) with current maturity F with a percentage of 100% meaning that the bawaslu website has performance and conformance in accordance with what has been carried
