TAAM Al-Ikhlas Depok merupakan salah satu TK yang berlokasi di Jl. Waru Jaya no. 8 Depok. Kendala pada TAAM Al-Ikhlas Depok adalah sistem pendataan dan pembayaran belum optimal karena sistem yang diterapkan masih manual dan sering terjadi kesalahan pada proses input data, proses perhitungan dan sulitnya pencatatan pelaporan di dalam buku besar. Dari permasalahan tersebut, peneliti berniat untuk merancang sistem informasi akademik dan administrasi siswa pada TAAM Al-Ikhlas Depok untuk dapat mengatasi kekurangan yang ada. Metode pengembangan sistem yang dipergunakan pada sistem ini adalah metode waterfall dan menggunakan bahasa pemprograman java beserta tahapan-tahapan seperti observasi dan wawancara. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi dan memudahkan bagian tata usaha dalam melakukan pekerjaannya yaitu pengelolaan data yang sudah terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat dikerjakan secara efisien.
