Teknologi Informasi merupakan pengembangan sistem yang sangat banyak digunakan oleh perusahaan dan instansi. Laboratorium teknik kimia industri mengalami permasalahan dalam peminjaman alat dan penggunaan bahan yaitu dalam proses pendaftaran peminjaman alat dan penggunaan bahan, mahasiswa masih menggunakan cara dengan datang langsung ke instansi. Oleh karena itu untuk mengatasi permasalahan peminjaman alat dan penggunaan bahan tersebut, maka perlu dirancang dan dibuat aplikasi layanan peminjaman alat dan penggunaan bahan lab dengan menggunakan kerangka flutter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan dari metode proses air terjun (waterfall). Metode ini sudah banyak digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian berupa perancangan sebuah aplikasi. Dalam perancangan desain menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Berdasarkan hasil penyajian, aplikasi dapat membantu mahasiswa yang berada di luar kota, serta membantu dalam pendataan pada bagian admin. Aplikasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi Layanan Peminjaman Alat dan Bahan Berbasis Android bekerja dengan hasil pengujian yang diperoleh.
